1. The Board extended for a period of 60 days the safekeeping period of the license held by India 2000, L.L.C., t/a Pasta In, 1847 Columbia Road, N.W., Class CR, to allow the Applicant additional time to remodel the establishment and to change its concept and trade name from "Pasta In" to "Mantis."  The establishment informed the Board that it expects to open in about three (3) weeks.  
   
   
2. The Board approved the request for a Stipulated License for Sophia & Solomon Venture, Inc., t/a Roha Restaurant Lounge, 1212 U Street, N.W., Class CR, App #34195.  The request for a Stipulated License was supported in writing by Advisory Neighborhood Commission 1B.  
   
   
3. The Board decided that placards should be placed at Kwik Save, Inc., t/a Super Fresh, 4330 48th Street, N.W., Class B, regarding the establishment's request to extend the hours of operation of the grocery store to open two hours earlier each morning at 6:00 a.m. and to extend operations on Sunday evenings by two hours, to 9:00 p.m.  The hours of sale of alcoholic beverages are to remain unchanged.
