Starting this month, four auditors from the DC Office of Tax and Revenue have been assigned to the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration for the purposes of conducting audits and related activities as stipulated under the authority of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and Title 25 of the District of Columbia Code.  These auditors will be performing functions solely related to the functions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and ABC law and regulatory purposes and will not be performing any tax-related functions while assigned to ABRA.
