(Washington, DC) The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2002, from 9:30 am to 5 pm at One Judiciary Square Hearing Room, 441 4th Street, NW, First Floor South, Washington, DC 20001. The hearing is to obtain input from the public on the Alcoholic Beverage Control Boards proposed rulemaking, which is necessary to implement the provisions of DC Law 13-298, the Title 25, and DC Code Enactment and Related Amendments Act of 2001, which took effect on May 3, 2001. The notice of proposed rulemaking would replace Chapter 1 through Chapter 18 of Title 23 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations with the attached Chapter 1 through Chapter 20.
