(Washington, DC) Today the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board issued its unanimous Order regarding the license application of Be Bar, a Class CT Tavern license to be located at 1839 9th Street, N.W.  The Board's Order incorporated the voluntary/cooperative agreement between the license applicant and Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2F, located in Logan Circle, and dismissed the protests of Advisory Neighborhood Commission 2C, located in Shaw, and a variety of other protestants.
