Mayor Adrian Fenty will hold an evening ceremony to close the month-long celebration of Asian and Pacific Islander American Heritage Month in the District. At the ceremony, Mayor Fenty will be awarding his community service award to individuals who have provided outstanding service to the District’s Asian and Pacific Islander American community. Dr. Natwar Gandhi, CFO, will be the guest speaker.
