This is a notification to all Limited and No English Proficient (LEP/NEP) residents of the District of Columbia that multicultural services will not change when the DC Community Services Agency (DCCSA) closes in March 2010. The Multicultural Services Division will be transitioned to the DMH Mental Health Authority and continue the same level of services they have always provided.
