(Washington, DC) The Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) published best practice performance scorecards illustrating the performance of CFSA and its private agency partners in their best practice outcomes and benchmarks. Those outcomes and benchmarks are derived from the LaShawn Implementation Plan established by federal court order in 2003. The original LaShawn Implementation Plan is also available here.
Data presented in the scorecard is extracted from reports in FACES, CFSA's client information management system, which produces monthly reports to track performance data for each outcome on every 15th of the following month. The Office of Organizational Development and Practice Improvement (ODPI) publishes the monthly performance scorecard at the end of the following month.
