(Washington, DC) The Government of the District of Columbia, Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), in partnership with the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS), held a pre-bidders conference on Wednesday, May 31, 2006 at the Child and Family Services Agency. The many questions raised during the conference are now posted with CFSA’s official responses as required by law.
