DC Child Support Services Debuts Online Case Lookup Application

The Child Support Services Division (CSSD) of the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) has implemented the Online Case Lookup (OCL) application. The system allows CSSD customers to view information about their child support cases from any computer with access to the Internet. Questions that often required a telephone call to a CSSD representative can now be answered by signing into the system, and viewing the case information. Common questions about recent payments and disbursements, pay orders and balances, paternity, and upcoming court hearings can be answered using OCL.

Customers began using the system on May 8. Based on customer comments and feedback, the application will be expanded and enhanced to provide information and functionality that continues to meet the needs of our customers.

The Online Case Lookup application may be accessed by selecting the “Online Case Lookup” link on the home page of CSSD’s website.
