DC Child Support Services Division (CSSD) has launched an enhanced version of the Online Case Lookup application. The system allows customers to obtain information about their child support case through the division’s website at www.cssd.dc.gov. With the changes, customers will have access to an increased amount of information, including payment details that go back two full years. Additionally, the application has new functionality designed to automate and expedite requests that must currently be handled by live CSSD agents. With the new system, customers may submit requests at their convenience–24 hours a day, 7 day a week. The requests are then processed during normal business hours by CSSD staff.
