On or around July 12, DC’s Child Support Services Division (CSSD) will roll out the new and improved website. Customers will experience a completely different look and feel, while continuing to have access to the information to which they’ve become accustomed.

Customers are encouraged to take a few minutes to familiarize themselves with the site. Customers should also take the opportunity to review the services that are available from CSSD. Many questions may be answered from information on the website and can save people from coming into the office or calling the Customer Service unit.
