(Washington, DC) The District of Columbia will stand down its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at noon today. The EOC was activated at noon on Friday, September 5, 2008, in anticipation of heavy rains and high winds from Tropical Storm Hanna. All response agencies report that all storm-related issues have been addressed and operations are back to normal.
