Motor Coach carriers coming to the 2009 Presidential Inauguration will be mandated to follow specific guidelines before coming to the District for the January 20th swearing in, parade and other inaugural activities.  Due to security restrictions in and around the National Mall, all access roads will be tightly controlled.  Motor Coach operations will be required to register and obtain a permit before being provided directions on how and where to access parking.
