(Washington, DC) The Government of the District of Columbia will open on Thursday, February 15, 2007, under a Liberal ("Unscheduled")  Leave policy. Employees who cannot report to work may take unscheduled leave for the entire workday. DC public schools will be closed under a "Code Yellow."  DCPS Administrative Offices will be open.
