(Washington, DC) The Government of the District of Columbia will open on Monday, December 24, 2007, under a Liberal ("Unscheduled") Leave policy. Employees may take unscheduled leave for the entire workday. Employees designated as "emergency employees" are required to report to work as scheduled.
