The purpose of this E-DPM Bulletin No. 12-244* is to remind District government employees in subordinate agencies that annual leave in excess of the maximum carryover hours of two hundred forty (240) must be used prior to the end of the leave year, January 2, 2010, in order to avoid forfeiture (loss) of the annual leave.
