The District Personnel Manual Chapter 16 - General Discipline and Grievances has been updated.

Chapter 16 now provides that enforced leave that lasts 10 days or more may be appealed to the Office of Employee Appeals (OEA), and that the written final decision to place an employee on enforced leave shall inform the employee of his or her right to file an appeal with the OEA for any enforced leave that lasts 10 days or more.
