(Washington, DC) The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs will be closed Friday, November 10 and Saturday, November 11 in observance of Veterans Day.

Veterans Day is an official public holiday in the District. This year, Veterans Day falls on Saturday, November 11 and the official observance of Veterans Day will be Friday, November 10. Since DCRA's Permit Center and Homeowners Center have Saturday hours, the agency will also be closed on November 11.

DCRA will reopen for business on Monday, November 13 at 8:15 am.

Note: In September, DCRA introduced expanded hours at its Permit Center and Homeowners Center: 8:30 am to 8 pm on Thursdays, and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. DCRA also unveiled an expanded Permits section on its website.
