The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) will be closed on Monday, April 16, in observance of DC Emancipation Day.

Emancipation Day has been an official public holiday in the District since 2005. All DCRA offices will close that day. DCRA will reopen for business on Tuesday, April 17, at 8:15 am.
