Note: On June 18, DCRA's new Permit Center will open for customers from 11 am until 7 pm. DCRA's regular Permit Center hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm. Thursday hours are 9:30 am until 4:30 pm.
After a short stay on the 7th floor, the Permit Center has moved back to the 2nd floor. DCRA's new Permit Center has been completely revamped. The sleek, circular design allows customers to move with ease from station to station as they meet face-to-face with plan review coordinators and structural, electrical and mechanical engineers. Enhanced business processes and robust web content help speed customers through the permitting process.
