The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) will be closed on Wednesday, April 16, in observance of DC Emancipation Day.

Emancipation Day has been an official public holiday in the District since 2005. All DCRA offices will close that day. DCRA will reopen for business on Thursday, April 17, at 9:30 am.
