Registration of applicants eligible to take the Hack Licensing Exam will commence on the following dates:

Tuesday, April 14, 2009: 8 am until 3:30pm
Wednesday, April 15, 2009: 8 am until 3:30pm

Note: Only 250 Applicants will be registered on each date

You must bring the following documents with you:

(1)   University of the District of Columbia Certificate of Completion
(2)   The DCTC test record card
(3)   A valid driver’s license
(4)   A valid Social Security card
(5)   Immigration documentation (If applicable)
(6)   First-time testers: $58 postal money order (ONLY), payable to the DC Treasurer
(7)   Re-Testers: $26 postal money order (ONLY), Payable to the DC Treasurer
(8)   Two (2) full-faced, color passport pictures with white background
(9)   Only the test applicant will be able to register for the exam. Please do not show up to register a friend or relative.

If you have not taken the UDC course and received a certificate of completion, you are not eligible to register for the exam.
