On Wednesday, May 9, 2012 Anacostia Cab Association appeared before the Commission and presented their petition for reinstatement.  Anacostia also agreed to a set of conditions that would be attached to any approval of reinstatement.  During the May 23, 2012 General Meeting of the DC Taxicab Commission a vote will be taken whether to permit Anacostia to resume operating authority in the District of Columbia.
