Council of Governments (COG) has the following solicitations available for bid/proposals:

COG/TPB is sponsoring a project to implement a centralized dispatch center for wheelchair accessible taxicabs in Washington, DC. This central dispatch project for wheelchair accessible taxi service is a two-year pilot that will be funded in part with federal grant funds to test the feasibility and functionality of a centralized trip reservations, scheduling, and dispatch function for wheelchair accessible taxis that are being introduced to DC through a related TPB project.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference at 1 pm on November 17, 2008 and all proposals are due at COG by 2 pm on December 12, 2008. View the RFP.*
