The Commission will conduct a public hearing on its proposed rulemaking on wheelchair accessible taxicabs. The hearing will take place immediately following the Commission’s regular meeting that will be held at the following time, date and location:

The public hearing will provide an opportunity for interested persons to appear and present their views and data regarding the Commission’s proposed rulemaking actions. All persons desiring to comment at the public hearing or who wish to submit written comments to the Commission should notify the Commission by telephoning (202) 645-6018 or sending an email to the Commission’s email at dctc3@dc.gov.
