P Street Streetscape Upgrade Heads Into Homestretch
Businesses and Residents Begin to Celebrate Final Construction at P West Restaurant Row

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will hold a media briefing tomorrow announcing the final construction schedule in anticipation of the completion of the P Street Streetscape Project. The project has been ongoing since January 2007 and is scheduled for final completion early 2008.

The homestretch celebration is part of the overall campaign to remind residents and visitors to patronize the restaurants and retail shops along this vibrant neighborhood near Dupont Circle known as P West Restaurant Row located along P Street between 20th and 23rd Streets, NW.
