DDOT to Announce Downtown Transportation Improvements

(Washington, DC) Michelle L. Pourciau, acting Director of the District Department of Transportation, on Thursday will address the issue of congestion in greater downtown Washington by rolling out several traffic enhancements highlighted by the launch of a transportation-centric website, the installation of high-tech "multi-space" parking meters along K Street, NW, and the city's first-ever east-west bike route. DDOT will demonstrate by running an interactive presentation in the lobby of the Reeves Center in Northwest.
