WASHINGTON, DC — DDOT Director, Emeka Moneme, who recently announced he would be leaving DDOT to take a position with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) stated today, “I want to extend my deepest appreciation to Mayor Fenty, City Administrator Dan Tangherlini and the residents of the District of Columbia for all their support during my time at DDOT. I am thankful for my experience at DDOT and pleased that I will be able to continue to work with the District and its regional partners as the Chief Administrative Officer for WMATA.”
Frank Seales, Jr., DDOT general counsel will serve as Interim Director until further notice.
