Prospective respondents are advised that prior to entering into a federally funded contract with the District for this work, the selected firm must agree to ensure that certified DBE’s, as defined in 49 CFR Part 23, as amended, have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of subcontracts to such contract, and that he/she will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex or handicap in the prosecution of such contract. The DBE goal for this project is 32.7 percent.
Interested firms shall submit in triplicate Standard Form 330. Submissions should include the prime firm’s DUNS number, Federal Tax ID number and email address.
