(Washington, DC)  The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) announces the following parking restrictions for tomorrow, Monday, October 31 for the Rosa Parks service at Metropolitan AME Church. There will be no parking from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm on both sides of L and M Streets, NW, from 14th to 17th Streets and on 15th, 16th & 17th Streets from K to N Streets.
 
Metropolitan AME is located on the south side of M Street between 15th and 16th, NW.
