(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) has scheduled a meeting to discuss proposed valet parking regulations*. The proposed regulations were published in the District of Columbia Register on September 8, 2006; the official public comment period closed on October 10, 2006. At the December 7 meeting, DDOT will provide a summary of all comments received and explain the basis for the soon to be re-published proposed rulemaking. Upon re-publication, the public will have the opportunity to comment on the revised proposal.
