The District Department of Transportation invites you to attend two Public Scoping Meetings regarding the South Capitol Street Project.
 
The purpose of these meetings is to provide opportunity to receive written and verbal public comments concerning the scope of issues and alternatives to be considered for the South Capitol Street EIS.
 
The two Scoping meetings will be held east and west of the Anacostia River along the South Capitol Street Corridor:
