DDOT to Host Public Meeting on 11th Street, NW Streetscape Project
Meeting on Tuesday, July 21 Will Update Construction Schedule

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host a meeting on Tuesday, July 21 to update the public on the reconstruction of 11th Street, NW, between L and O Streets. DDOT is accelerating work to complete the project on schedule by the end of July.

This project began late last fall and includes sidewalk, street lighting, intersection and signal improvements, the reconstruction of the roadway, and enhancements to traffic operations, pedestrian amenities, and safety improvements.

At the meeting Tuesday night, project managers and engineers will provide an update on the progress of the project and detail the remaining construction activities.

Where Asbury United Methodist Church
926 Eleventh Street, NW (Access is through the side entrance on 11th Street)

The church is located at intersection of 11th and K Streets, NW.  It is 3 blocks from the Metro Center station on the Red, Orange and Blue lines.  It is also accessible by Metrobus and the DC Circulator.
