(Washington, DC) — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will host a public meeting on Wednesday, November 18 to update the community on the Ward 6 Ballpark District Performance Based Parking Pilot Program. The meeting will also be an opportunity for residents, businesses, churches and other stakeholders to provide feedback on the parking operations implemented under the Performance Based Parking Pilot Zone Act of 2008.
At the meeting DDOT will discuss the progress of the program, specifically focusing on:
- Update on signage improvements
- Revenue generated from multi-space meters
- Non-automotive transportation improvement modifications scheduled for the pilot zone (using meter revenues
- Update on Ward 6 Visitor Parking Pass (VPP) program
