The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is asking for public participation in the identification of projects that could be beneficial to enhancing transportation for the District. Comments are sought for transportation projects including, but not limited to, pedestrian/bicycle programs, transit programs such as MetroExtra, Circulator and streetcar, and repairing and improving bridges, roadways, sidewalks and alleys.
Please review a copy of the 2010-2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)*.
DDOT is hosting a public meeting December 10 from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm at the Franklin D. Reeves Center located at 2000 14th Street, NW. DDOT representatives will be available for questions and to receive public comment. The Franklin D. Reeves Center is Metro rail (Green Line at Cardozza/African-Amer Civil War Memorial/U Street) and Metrobus (52, 53 and 54) and Circulator accessible.
