DDOT announces public meetings on new bus shelters and on designating the Pennsylvania Avenue and Canal Road Scenic Byways.
Bus Shelters
Under the bus shelter agreement signed by Mayor Anthony A. Williams in September 2005, all existing shelters will be replaced and additional ones installed with added innovative features, such as bus maps and real-time bus arrival information. Representatives from DDOT and the bus shelter contractor, ClearChannel Adshel will describe the new program and respond to questions.
All bus shelter community meetings are from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
