In accordance with 36 CFR 800.14(b)(1)(i), FHWA, DDOT, Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (Council) and the District of Columbia State Historic Preservation Office (DC SHPO) have agreed to sign an Programmatic Agreement (PA) that establishes that certain actions carried out through the Federal-Aid Highway Program will have similar and repetitive effects on historic properties and that those effects will not be adverse.

In accordance with public participation requirements of the 36 CFR 800, the public is requested to provide comments to DDOT on the PA before August 17th, 2008.
