On September 19, 2008, the District Department of Transportation republished proposed regulations to govern Mobile Storage Container placement in the District’s public space. These proposed regulations were originally published on May 25, 2007 for public comment. The proposed regulations were revised as a result of the public comments received. All persons interested in commenting on the current proposed Mobile Storage Container regulations may file comments in writing no later than 30 days after the publication in the DC Register.
