On October 17, 2008, the District Department of Transportation re-published the proposed regulations to establish the District’s policy governing Curb Cuts and Driveways in the District’s public space. These proposed regulations were first published on September 19, 2008; this re-publication clarifies sections 201.2 and 201.3. All persons interested in commenting on the amended proposed Curb Cut and Driveway regulations may file comments in writing not later than 30 days after the publication in the DC Register.
