DDOT Announces Upcoming Lane and Ramp Closures for the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) announces the closures of the following traffic lanes and ramps as part of the repair of the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge deck.

There will be a lane closure on eastbound and westbound Theodore Roosevelt Bridge on the Virginia end from 7 am through 8 pm on Friday, November 24. The approaches to and from the bridge on the Virginia end will be reduced by one lane. The lane restrictions are weather permitting.

Ramp D, from westbound Theodore Roosevelt Bridge to Route 50 in Virginia will be closed from 10 pm until 5 am on Monday, November 27 through Friday, December 1.

There will also be off-peak lane closures on George Washington Parkway under the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge until December 4.
