DDOT Announces Lane Closures For Film Production March 28-29

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT), in cooperation with the DC Office of Motion Pictures and Television Production (OMPTD), advises motorists that Walt Disney Studios will be setting up production vehicles on both sides of Third Street, NW, between Pennsylvania Avenue and Independence Avenue, from 4 am to 10 pm Wednesday, March 28, 2007. Travel will be restricted in both curb lanes on Third Street between Pennsylvania Avenue and Independence Avenue.

On Thursday, March 29, from 4 am to 10 pm production vehicles will be staged in the south curb lane on H Street, NW, between 15th and 17th streets and in both curb lanes on New York Avenue, NW, between 13th and 15th streets.

Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers will be on site throughout the production.
