(Washington DC) The District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT) is pleased to announce upcoming resurfacing work in three locations in Ward 2 in the coming weeks:

• Gallery Place: Seventh Street, NW, from G Street to H Street on November 6, 2007 through November 12, 2007, weather permitting. Work hours are 7 pm to 5 am. Expect lane closures overnight during this time and a full street closure on the nights of November 6 and 7. A detour will be set up. DDOT timed this work when the Verizon Center was dark (November 6 and 7).
  
  
• Dupont Circle: Willard Street, NW, from 17th Street to 18th Street or about November 9, 2007. Resurfacing is expected to be completed by November 17, 2007. Work hours are 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
  
  
• Georgetown: 36th Street, NW, from Prospect Street to P Street, on or about November 9, 2007 weather permitting. Resurfacing is expected to be completed by November 17, 2007. Work hours are 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
