South Capitol Street and Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge Reopened

(Washington, DC) All lanes on South Capitol Street, SE between Potomac Avenue and I Street and the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge east to Firth Sterling Avenue have been reopened to vehicular traffic.
