Media Contact:  Karyn Le Blanc at (202) 671-3490

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) Urban Forestry Administration continues to clear roads after yesterday's major storms. Crews have been working throughout the night to clear major roadways and corridors and anticipate work to continue through the end of the week in order to clear the majority of the debris.

The following streets have limbs in the curb lane and/or a wire down and may have partial lane closures or be closed. The majority of the main corridors within the District that had trees down were cleared and reopened during the evening. People are reminded to stay away from all wires until electrical crews can clear the site.
