(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will begin surface milling and asphalt paving of the intersection at Foxhall Road and Reservoir Road, NW this weekend. Work will begin on Friday evening, June 13th at 7 pm and continue through 6am, Sunday, June 15th.
The project is scheduled to be completed the following weekend when crews will return and work from 7pm Friday, June 20th through 6am, Sunday, June 22nd, weather permitting.
During construction, at least one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction and access to the adjacent houses will be allowed.
Curbside parking will not be allowed on Foxhall Road between 45th Street and Greenwich Parkway and on Reservoir Road between Hoban Road and Kenmore Street during construction.
The intersection paving project is part of the year-long $4 million streetscape upgrade and road construction on Foxhall Road between Nebraska Avenue and Canal Road, NW.
