Chinese Cultural Festival and Parade

10 am to 6 pm

• H Street NW between 6th and 8th Streets

10 am to 3:30 pm

• I Street NW between 6th and 7th Streets

1 pm to 3:30 pm

• I Street NW between 5th and 7th Streets
• 7th Street, NW between Massachusetts Avenue and G Street
• 6th Street, NW between Massachusetts Avenue and G Street
• G street, NW between 7th and 9th Streets

• H Street, NW between 6th and 8th Streets

According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) the parade will begin at approximately 2:00 pm.  At that time the parade route will be closed to vehicular traffic. Traffic on streets that intersect with the parade route will be halted or diverted until the parade passes.

No vehicles will be allowed to park on the parade route between 7 am and 6 pm on Sunday.

The parade route is as follows: The parade will form in the 600 block of I Street, NW then proceed westbound on I Street to 7th Street, southbound on 7th Street to H Street, westbound on H Street to 8th Street, southbound on 8th Street to G Street, eastbound on G Street to 7th Street, northbound on 7th Street to H Street and then eastbound on H Street. The parade will end in the 600 block of H Street, NW, and disband in the 600 block of I Street, NW.
