Traffic signals are out at Tenleytown Circle due to a minor power outage in northwest DC.  The District Department of Transportation has deployed portable stop signs and Road Operations Patrols are assisting with traffic.
 
Additional temporary lane closures due to an incident at Friendship Heights Metro, located at Wisconsin and Western Avenue, will also delay traffic along this major commuter route.
 
Motorists are advised to proceed with caution and use detours to avoid delays.
