(Washington, DC) Due to film production activities tomorrow, Friday, June 26, in Georgetown, there will be a temporary lane closure on the Key Bridge following the evening rush hour. The far right lane on the inbound side of the bridge will be closed after 6:45 pm for the staging of production equipment. The adjacent sidewalk, on the east side of the bridge, will also be closed for safety, and signs will be posted directing pedestrians to the other side of the bridge. The entire roadway will be reopened at approximately 2 am on Saturday, June 27.
The ramp to the Whitehurst Freeway on the bridge will remain open and all of the lanes on the Freeway will remain open to traffic.
