(Washington, DC) – The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold an “Affordable Housing Financing Tools” community information session.  At this workshop, attendees will learn about three of the Department’s key funding sources:  the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) and the Low Income Housing Tax Credits program (LIHTC).  Residents, non-profit and for-profit developers, Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners and other affordable housing stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
