The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold a community information session on its Tenant Purchase Assistance Programs.  If residents live in an apartment building that is put up for sale, DHCD offers programs that may assist residents in purchasing that building.  This session will provide information on how these programs can help with down payment assistance, organizing and structuring tenant organizations, help with loan applications, support in sales negotiations, and more.
